Agreement to Terms

Use of Services
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction to book or use our services.
By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local laws and regulations related to serving and consuming alcoholic beverages at their events.
Services Covered
Our Service Policy applies to the following:
Custom Cocktail Bar Setup – Complete bar installations with counters, glassware, mixers, and accessories tailored to your event theme.
Signature Cocktail Creations – Exclusive cocktails designed by our mixologists to match your event’s style and preferences.
Professional Bartending Services – Trained and experienced bartenders skilled in mixology, flair bartending, and guest service.
Event Styling & Presentation – Bar décor, lighting, and thematic styling to enhance the event experience.
Classic & Premium Drink Menu – Curated menus featuring classic cocktails, premium spirits, and non-alcoholic options.
Intellectual Property Rights
All branding, designs, menus, cocktail recipes, and styling concepts provided by Drink Devil remain the intellectual property of Drink Devil.
Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use these only during their booked event.
Unauthorized reproduction, use, or sharing of our signature recipes, styling ideas, or brand material is prohibited.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate event details including venue, guest count, and required services.
Clients are responsible for ensuring proper licensing, permits, and venue approvals for serving alcohol.
Drink Devil reserves the right to refuse service if laws or responsible drinking guidelines are violated.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Drink Devil, its officers, employees, or agents be liable for:
Any accidents, injuries, or damages arising from alcohol consumption.
Non-compliance with local liquor laws by the client or guests.
Guest misconduct, overconsumption, or underage drinking at the event.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Drink Devil, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:
Your use of our services;
Your violation of any term of this Service Policy;
Your violation of any third-party rights or local laws.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Service Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
Changes to Service Policy
Drink Devil reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to revise and update this Service Policy from time to time. All changes are effective immediately once posted and apply to all services thereafter.
